Come Payle protegge il tuo account, i tuoi dati e la tua spesa AI, e come segnalare un problema di sicurezza al nostro team.

Sicurezza fin dal design

Payle nasce come prodotto finanziario: accesso ai sistemi con privilegio minimo, dati cifrati e controlli su ogni rilascio. I sistemi di produzione sono raggiungibili solo dagli ingegneri che ne hanno necessità, sempre con autenticazione a più fattori e log di audit.

Crittografia in transito e a riposo

Il traffico tra il browser e Payle viaggia su TLS 1.3. I dati a riposo, inclusi account, utilizzo e storico dei pagamenti, sono cifrati con AES-256. I dati della carta sono tokenizzati dai nostri partner di pagamento e Payle non conserva mai il numero completo della tua carta.

Pagamenti e conformità

L’emissione della carta e il movimento di denaro passano da partner bancari regolamentati e infrastrutture PCI-DSS Level 1. Non vendiamo mai dati personali e conserviamo solo le informazioni necessarie a valutare, proteggere e assistere il tuo account.

AI e i tuoi dati

Le decisioni di credito combinano la richiesta e i segnali d’uso del prodotto, con supervisione umana e motivazioni disponibili al team risk. I tuoi dati finanziari restano in Payle: non vengono mai usati per addestrare modelli AI di terze parti e puoi chiedere spiegazioni o una revisione umana di qualsiasi decisione automatizzata.

Il controllo resta a te

Ogni account supporta autenticazione a più fattori, gestione delle sessioni e controlli immediati sulla carta. Imposta limiti per transazione e mensili, autorizza solo commercianti approvati, congela o revoca una carta virtuale con un clic ed esporta la tua attività quando vuoi.
